How do I update the checking account information on file?

You may update the eCheck information for your account by logging in to the Unity Customer Portal.

Once logged in proceed to My Account> Billing Manager> Billing Information. Please note that you can only update the eCheck information for an account whose payment method is eCheck. 

If you would like to change your payment method to eCheck, please open a ticket with the Billing Department. For your own security, please do not include your checking information in the ticket; a representative will call you directly to update the portal.

You can also update your checking account information over the phone by contacting the Billing Department at (321) 332-6825 or (800) 317-8552 Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

The eCheck payment method is only available for US based checking accounts.
