What do you need to process my order?

All orders are verified over the phone. If your order is placed with a Customer Service Representative over the phone, it will be verified at that time. If the order is placed from the website, then we will contact you as soon as possible using the numbers provided.

To avoid any denial of service, please include the actual billing address for the credit card you are using to place the order.

If your account is flagged for inconsistencies in the billing information, we may need to have you provide additional information. This measure is for your security and it simply means that we need to verify that you are authorized to be using that credit card. We want to make sure that each and every transaction that we process is legitimate.
