How do I cancel my account?

If for any reason you wish to cancel your service, please log into the Unity Customer Portal and going to My Account> Cancel Account. 

Please select the 'Cancel Reason' category that is most appropriate and provide us with a detailed reason as to why you wish to cancel. 

A Customer Service Representative will be contacting you in regards to the cancellation request of your account.

All of our hosting accounts renew automatically, unless a cancellation request is submitted for the account.

Please note that as per the terms and conditions agreed to in our Terms of Service, all cancellations must be entered 7 full days prior to the next bill cycle.  If the cancellation request is processed within those 7 days, you will be billed for 1 additional month of service. 

The cancellation will take effect at the end of the specified billing period.  This ensures that you have access to your account for the entire amount of time that you have already paid for.

Server Intellect reclaims all cancelled accounts at midnight (US Eastern Time) on the billing date.
