Billing: Keeping Your Contact Information Up To Date

It is important to keep your contact information up to date, especially your current primary contact email address, so that there are no missed communications between yourself and our team.

You have the ability to manage these details by logging in to and then navigating to My Account > Contact > Contact Information.

The 'Contact' drop down box will also present you with an option for 'Additional Contacts', which allows you to add further contact email addresses for various roles.  By adding an additional contacts you are enabling another user to be CC'd on the ticket that is being worked.
