Servers that are ordered and provisioned with our Data Retention Service are scheduled (as a standard) to backup:
Two times daily (12AM/12PM server time)
Seven day rolling rotation
You do have full control over the frequency and length that the sets are kept in rotation. These options are easily managed through the Backup management portal.
