Automated OS reloads are free and can be requested through the Unity Control Panel. These include customized OS reloads (changing operating systems, addition/removal of control panels/partition editing/etc.). We do not charge for OS reloads.
However, if you require our Support Team to intervene and reconfigure your server for you after the reload, there may be fees involved.
